Subject: No "My Widgets" on UBUNTU 9.04

On Ubuntu 9.0.4 there is no option "My Widgets" in the sidebar. In the preference also no option widgets. On Clients on Windows machines with the same user is shown "My Widgets" on the sidbar and in the preferences I can activate and deactivite "My Widgets.
